Multimode Laser Diodes

EAGLEYARD offers a comprehensive range of multimode laser diodes, available in various packages optimized for both continuous wave (cw) and pulsed mode operations. Our multimode laserdiodes feature a compact single emitter design, making them compatible with standard TO- or C-Mount housings for seamless integration into any environment.

Our multimode laser diodes operate with both spatial and longitudinal modes, delivering flexibility across multiple applications. Constructed on GaAs wafer substrates, these laser diodes cover a wavelength range from 653 nm to 1064 nm. To fine-tune the beam shape and output power to specific needs, we provide stripe widths from 60 µm to 400 µm. Depending on the wavelength and chip design, our multimode laser diodes can achieve output powers ranging from 1 W to 18 W in continuous wave operation.
