The pumping laser diode bars are mounted using our clamping technology. The main features of  the solder-free concept of the clamping technology, exclusively used by monocrom, are:

Long Lifetime and High reliability due to the lack of mechanical stress using our unique clamping process vs. soldering
Minimum “smile”, < 0.5micrometers
Small thermal resistance due to the reduction in contact resistance between the electrodes and the laser bars
NO micro-channels are needed to reach low thermal resistances
Large Storage Temparture range from -60DegC to +85degC
